  • Why should I hire a wedding day coordinator?

    There are details on details on details. You’ve been planning for months, the big day finally comes around, and all day long everyone has questions that need answered, vendors need direction, decorations need to be checked- you’re supposed to be reveling in newlywed bliss not telling Aunt Meredith the address of the reception for the seventh time!

    That’s what I’m here for. I can handle the logistics of it all from reaching out to vendors in the initial planning stages to checking out of the venue after the grand exit. I’ll even send out thank you cards for the toaster oven Nana got you off your registry. Let me handle the details so you can get out on the dance floor and dance the night away.

    Absolutely! I offer brainstorming sessions at an hourly rate for any type of event, not limited to weddings. With the purchase of any a la carte services, you will get access to my full array of budget spreadsheets, event checklists, and other document templates that I use daily when planning events.

  • Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

    Never. On your wedding weekend (or weekday), you and your day will be the only thing on my mind.

  • Are you part of a team? Who will we be working with?

    I am the only wedding planner in Nottingham Events. Depending on the size and type of event, I have others that I work with and can hire for the day of. In the vast majority of cases it will just be myself you will be working with!

  • Do you also plan other events, like showers or rehearsal dinners?

    Yes! I offer planning services for all sorts of periphery events for an additional hourly rate of $85/hour.
