With one pre-wedding meeting to finalize plans, I will manage everything on the big day, including venue check-in, guest direction, vendor management, and overseeing cleanup and check-out. The package also includes unlimited texting and email support from booking through the wedding day, along with 8 hours of hands-on coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.

My Final Flourish Package is perfect for couples who are ready to take a DIY approach but want expert guidance to finalize their plans. Whether you need support starting from the three-month mark or just for the final 30 day stretch, I'll be available via unlimited texting and emails to ensure everything comes together seamlessly. The package includes two meetings—either in person or via Zoom—and access to a personalized Wedding Planning HQ software to keep everything organized.

My Complete Celebration Package offers a comprehensive solution for couples seeking a stress-free planning experience. It begins with a 90-minute initial meet & greet, available in-person or via Zoom, and includes unlimited one-hour meetings to fine-tune every detail. You’ll also gain access to Wedding Planning HQ, a professional wedding planning software personalized to suit your needs. From booking to the big day, enjoy unlimited texting and emailing support, along with 12 hours of on-site coordination on the wedding day, with additional hours available if needed.

  • Let me handle the hassle of your invitations while maintaining a charming, handwritten aesthetic. I’ll take care of everything from printing and addressing to sealing and sending, with envelopes and a wax seal in the colors of your choice.

    $85 per fifty invites + cost of printing & postage

  • Cards are a beautiful way to remember the special guests who celebrated with you. I offer a digital memory book of all the cards you received on your big day, so you can easily look back on them without the hassle of digging them out of storage.

  • Sending out thank-you cards can feel overwhelming, especially after a big event like a wedding. To make it easier, I offer a service that handles the addressing and postage, so all you have to do is write your personal message.

    $50 per thirty cards + cost of cards & postage

    +$10 per thirty cards to come up with the thank you message

I am based out of Eugene, OR! I service anywhere within 60 miles of Eugene free of charge. For Oregon events outside of that range, I charge a mileage fee of 67¢ per mile. For out of state inquiries please reach out with more details.
